Hi there, we are so very sorry to have learned of how your scalp reacted to this product. Our faux locs & all other synthetic hair products are made of only the finest raw materials. However, sensitivities to materials vary from person to person.

If you were to try any synthetic hair products in future we do recommend washing them first or rinsing them with apple cider vinegar first to remove any residue that may trigger your skin. Again, we are sorry for the experience.
